The gravesite of the fourth son of Nicholas Noyes, Timothy, is located in the First Burial Ground of the First Parish Church, directly across Route 1A from the current church building.
The Burial Ground is laid out in a grid of 32' squares. If you face the Burial Ground from the Church, the grid begins with A1 at the front left, with increasing letters to the right and higher numbers as you move toward the back. The (half-height) marker for Timothy Noyes is at B4.
In this orientation photograph, taken by Lynn Etheredge in August, 2002, Rani Fischer is standing, just to the right of center, at the location of Timothy Noyes's gravesite. Her mother, Victoria ("Vicky") Fischer, is standing at the left of the photograph. Rani Fischer and her sister, Sheila Fischer, are among the descendants of Timothy Noyes via Ada Noyes Conrad and their father, Lynn Fischer.
A reproduction of the original marker, from p. 302 of vol. 1 of the Noyes geneology (1904) shows the full text.
There are many Noyes descendants in the Burial Ground; the church office (978-465-5597) has records of locations. (Rev. James Noyes is recorded at D3; the church has no current record of the site for Nicholas Noyes.)
